摘要
硼砂是食品和食品加工过程中禁止添加的一种物质,本文对硼砂的危害及目前的检测方法进行了综述,并对食品中硼砂检测方法的前景进行了展望。
Adding borax to food during the food processing is legally forbidden.The hazard of the borax and its current detection method are reviewed in the paper.Moreover,the prospects of this borax detection methods are elucidated.
