摘要
本研究对现场采自福建、江西、浙江、江苏、安徽、吉林等省的９个蜂场、不同花期的４３份新鲜蜂王浆样品，采用气相色谱法测定其苯甲酸含量，结果表明，蜂王浆中存在天然苯甲酸，含量７～２４ｐｐｍ。
This study dealt with using gas chromatography(GC) to measure the content of natural benzoic acid in 43 samples of fresh Royal Jelly, collected from 9 apiaries,through diffrent flowering periods in such provinces as Fujian, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu,Anhui and Jilin. The results showed that there existed natural benzoic acid in Royal Jelly and the contents were 7～24 ppm.
