摘要
针对食品科学与工程专业食品分析课程特点,从教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面对该课程的教学进行了改革。通过改革,对提高教学质量和学生对本课程的学习兴趣,以及对培养学生的动手能力、创新能力和综合素质有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking Food Science and Engineering specialty for example, according to the characteristics of Food Analysis course, teaching is supposed to be reformed in teaching content, teaching methods, and assessment meth- ods. This reform can improve teaching quality, students' interest in this course, students' practical ability, creativity and overall qualities.
