"食品分析与检验"按照宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质的指导思想,以"传授知识、培养能力与提高素质为一体"作为人才培养方案的主线来构建课程结构模式,在优化课程体系、教学内容和教学方法等方面探讨课程教学的创新与改革。
According to the guiding ideology of "wide range, thick foundation, strong ability and high quality" Food Analysisand Detection course construction is based on the principle of "imparting knowledge, cultivating ability and improving quality"as the main line of talent training program to innovate and reform the cm'riculmn by optimizing the cm'riculmn system, teachingcontent and teaching methods and other aspects.
