摘要
为提高教学质量,从优化教学内容、改进教学方法、强化实验教学和改革考核方式等方面探讨对食品分析课程的教学方式。课堂教学采用基础知识总结性复习和食品分析前沿研究成果介绍相结合的方法,对教学内容层层深入。实验教学采用验证性实验和综合设计性实验相结合的方法,以加深对理论知识的理解和提高分析解决问题的能力;考核采用闭卷考试和实际操作相结合的方式。这些改革显示了良好的教学效果。
In order to improve the teaching quality and learning interest, some teaching reforms of food analysis course have been carried out in the aspects of optimizing the teaching contents, changing the teaching methods etc. Combining the basic knowledge and research achievement during the lecture, we carry out the confirmatory test and comprehensive design experiment during the practice to deepen the teaching contents of food analysis, to enhance the understanding and solving ability of problems during the course study.
