摘要
氯霉素类药物是一类作用性强、抗菌广谱的抗生素,但其在水产品中的残留对人类健康所造成的危害日益引起人们的重视,加强对抗生素使用、残留检测研究势在必行。该文对氯霉素残留检测方法研究进展进行了综述。
Chloramphenieol was one of the antibiotics which had strong function and wide antimicrobial spectrum. , it has become potential hazardous material in aquatic environments for its toxic. So the research of chloramphenicol residue detec- tion in aquatic products is imperative. This paper reviews the techniques of determining chloramphenicol residue in recent years.
