摘要
指出了磺胺类药物是一类作用性强、抗菌广谱的抗生素,但在食品中残留会危害人们的身体健康。介绍了磺胺类药物的作用机制和毒理学性质,综述了磺胺类药物残留的分析技术研究进展,并对磺胺类药物残留检测方法发展的前景进行了展望。
Sulfonamides is one of the antibiotics which has strong function and wide antimicrobial spectrum,so it has become potential hazardous material in food samples for its toxic.This article introduces the sulfa drugs mechanism of action and toxicological properties,reviews the techniques of determining chloramphenicol residue in recent years,and prospects the sulfonamides residue detection method of development.
