Rapid Detection of 42 Residues of Veterinary Drug in Pork

摘要 通过QuEChERS技术结合高效液相色谱质谱联用技术同时测定猪肉中42种兽药残留,建立快速准确的猪肉中兽残筛查方法,结果表明, 42种兽残的相关系数0.990 8~0.999 8,检出限0.5~25μg/kg;在猪肉空白基质中进行检出限水平加标,结果表明回收率75.1%~106.9%, RSD 5.3%~19.4%;与传统方法相比,该方法快速方便,准确性和重复性良好,检测通量高,适用于猪肉中42种兽药残留的快速筛查。 The QuEChERS method combined with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to simultaneously determine 42 veterinary drug residues in pork, and the fast and accurate screening method for animal residues in pork was established. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of 42 animal residues was 0.990 8-0.999 8, and the limits of detection was between 0.5 μg/kg and 25 μg/kg. When a veterinary drug standard was added with a detection limit level to a blank pork matrix, the results showed that the recovery rate was 75.1%-106.9% and the RSD was between 5.3% and 19.4%. Compared with traditional methods, this method was faster and more convenient, had good accuracy and repeatability, and had a high detection throughput, which was suitable for rapid detection of 42 veterinary drug residues in pork.
