摘要
目的建立测定二硫化硒洗剂中硒含量的原子荧光光谱法。方法利用HClO4-HNO3湿法消解,对二硫化硒洗剂中的硒进行原子荧光测定。结果硒在0~100μg.L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为98.83%(RSD=0.5%,n=9)。结论所建立方法简单、结果准确,可有效控制二硫化硒洗剂的质量。
Objective To establish an atomic fluorescence spectrometry method to determine the content of Se in Selenium Sulfide Lotion.Methods The Se content in Selenium Sulfide Lotion was determined using atomic fluorescence spectrometry with wet digestion by HClO4-HNO3.Results The good linear range was determined as 0-100 μg·L-1 by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with a regression coefficient of 0.9997.The average recoveries was 98.83%(RSD=0.5%,n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,suitable for quality control of Selenium Sulfide Lotion.
