摘要
目的建立用微波消解法测定化妆品中汞的前处理方法。方法采用不同种类混合比例的消化剂,通过不同条件微波消解处理后进行检测数据比较。结果采用HNO3和HClO4为4∶1的比例消解,消解温度在180℃,可使样品完全消解。结论建立的方法简便快捷,可用于化妆品中汞的前处理。
Objective To establish a method of pretreatment in section of Hg in cosmetic sample by microwave digestion. Method The data of Hg in the cosmetic sample were comparison by different kinds of digestant after microwave di- gestion. Results The sample was digestion well while the digestant was HNO3 and HC104 (4: 1 ) , and the temperature was 180℃. Conclusion The method was simple, and can be used for the pretreatment in detection of Hg in cosmetic sample.
