摘要
目的:建立原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中镉的含量。方法:利用高氯酸-硝酸湿法消解,对中药材中的镉进行原子荧光测定。结果:镉在0.1~2.0ng.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,最低检出浓度为0.0063ng.mL-1,回收率均在90%以上。结论:该方法简便、快捷,有较高的灵敏度、准确度、精密度和较低的检出限,适用于中药材中镉含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in traditional Chinese medicines by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using wet digestion.Methods:Through atomic fluorescence spectrometry with the way of clearing up of wet method,we studied the conditions that can affect the result of experiment.Results:The good linear relation was determined as 0.1-2.0 ng·mL-1 by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with a regession coefficient of 0.9998.The detection lim it was 0.0063 ng·mL-1,the recovery rate of spiked samples ranged above 90%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,high sensitivity,accurate,precision and low detection limits.And it suits the purpose of the determination for cadmicim in traditional Chinese medicines.
