摘要
6种发样洗涤方法的研究表明,一个好的洗涤方法应该满足,经过最少次数的洗涤,洗尽表面沾污而不损及分析元素的本底量。即洗至洗涤曲线的平稳段。丙酮预洗,5％洗洁精连续洗涤是最优方案。
The effect of six washing proceduces for human hair has been comparatively studied. The method pretreated first by acetone then washed twice with 5% liquid detergent has been proved to be the best one. The purpose of hair washing is to remove the external cotamination but not the endcgenecus content of the elements of hair indicated by the washing curve. In conclusion, on the basis of authors＇experimental data and washing curves a general rule far hair washing is proposed.
