气相色谱法测定多组分标准气体中痕量杂质的优化分析

摘要 为了提高气相色谱法在多组分标准气体中痕量杂质检测的精确性和灵敏度,本研究优化了气相色谱的实验条件。研究内容包括色谱柱的选择、温度程序和载气流速的优化,重点分析了这些条件对杂质分离效果的影响。采用标准气体配制多种浓度样品,绘制标准曲线,并确定方法的检出限和定量限。结果表明,优化后的气相色谱方法具有良好的分离效果和灵敏度,能够准确检测多组分标准气体中的痕量杂质,重复性和准确性满足实验要求。本研究为气相色谱法在复杂气体分析中的应用提供了可靠技术支持与参考,对环境监测、工业气体质量控制具有重要意义。 To enhance the accuracy and sensitivity of gas chromatography in detecting trace impurities in multi-component standard gases,this study optimized the experimental conditions of gas chromatography.The research focused on selecting the chromatographic column,optimizing the temperature program,and adjusting the carrier gas flow rate,emphasizing the impact of these conditions on impurity separation.Standard gases with varying concentrations were prepared to construct calibration curves and determine the method’s limits of detection(LOD)and quantification(LOQ).The results demonstrated that the optimized gas chromatography method achieved excellent separation performance and sensitivity,accurately detecting trace impurities in multi-component standard gases.The method showed satisfactory repeatability and accuracy.The findings provide reliable technical support for applying gas chromatography in complex gas analysis,offering significant value for environmental monitoring and industrial gas quality control.
