多菌种发酵生物活性蛋白饲料的发酵研究 被引量:26

摘要 利用五株本实验室保藏的微生态制剂中所用的菌株对混合的废弃物蛋白资源 (CP =5 5 .3% )进行固态发酵、通过 3个四因素、三水平的实验对发酵条件、接种量、不同菌种配比等进行优化。经过发酵以后 ,饲料呈黑褐色、带酒香酸味 ,微生物中以益生菌乳酸菌含量最高 (10 9个 /g) ,其次为酵母菌 (10 7个 /g)。蛋白质消化率由发酵前的 75 .9%提高到发酵后的 91.2 %。 The mixed protein resources(CP=55.3%) of castoff were fermented in solid-state by five strains, which can be used as probiotics. The condition of fermentation, concentration of inoculation and ratio of inoculated microoganisms were optimized through three L9(3 4) orthogonal experiments. After fermentation, the feedstuff turned into black-brown colour with sweet-scented odor. The concentration of lactobacilus, the main microoganism in the feedstuff, reaches 10 9 and concentration of yeast is only 10 7. The digestive ratio of protein increased from 75.9%(before fermentation) to 91.2%(after fermentation).
