摘要
研究苹果渣发酵生产高蛋白饲料的培养条件。从绿色木霉、白地霉和黑曲霉中筛选菌种组合 ,并探讨不同接种配比、无机氮源、接种量、培养时间以及辅料对苹果渣发酵生产饲料蛋白的影响。结果以绿色木霉和白地霉混合发酵 ,菌种配比为 1∶1 0 ,接种量 2 0 %的条件下培养 4d ,麸皮添加量在 2 5 %~ 30 %时 ,发酵产物粗蛋白提高率显著。从 4种无机氮源中选出最适氮源尿素 ,其最适添加量为 2 %。在最佳条件下 ,发酵产物粗蛋白含量可达 2 3.0 6 %。
To study the cultivation conditions for the preparation of feeding protein from pomace by fermentation, strains combination was screened from Trichoderma viride, Geotrichum candidum and Aspergillus niger . The experiment of effect on the fermentation of pomace into feeding protein was carried out through selection of different inoculants ratio of combined strains, inorganic nitrogen sources, inoculant volume, cultivate time and complements. It was shown that combination of Trichoderma viride and Geotrichum candidum with inoculants ratio 1:10, inoculant volume 20%, cultivate time 4 d and complement of 25%~30% bran was suitable for the increasing of protein content in fermentation product. Urea was selected from 4 inorganic nitrogen sources as the best one, and the favorable concentration was 2%. In a typical fermentation, protein content of fermentation product arrived at 23.06%. It is feasible to prepare feeding protein from fermentation of pomace.
