摘要
目的总结小儿深度烧伤的临床特点,介绍烧伤湿性医疗技术和湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)治疗小儿深度烧伤的护理措施。方法自2003年1月至2010年1月,对住院治疗的86例烧伤患儿采用MEBT/MEBO换药治疗,并根据患儿的实际情况,制定相应的护理措施。结果 86例患儿全部治愈,深度烧伤创面如期愈合,未发生严重并发症。结论结合患儿病情,制定相应的护理措施,有助于患儿康复。
Objective To summarize the clinical features of pediatric deep burns and introduce the nursing interventions of MEBT/MEBO in treating pediatric deep burns. Methods A total of 86 children with burns admitted to our hos- pital from January 2003 to January 2010 were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Corresponding nursing interventions were adopted based on the children＇ s conditions. Results All of the children were cured and deep burn wounds were also timely healed without severe complications. Conclusion Establishing corresponding nursing interventions based on children＇ s condition is favorable for the patients＇ recovery.
