摘要
目的:总结MEBO烧伤膏油纱布包扎疗法的效果。方法:1995年1月～2005年10月对740例烧伤病人采用自制MEBO烧伤膏油纱布包扎治疗,使创面处于一个生理湿润的环境内,促进创面新生皮肤再生的治疗原则。结果:在治疗过程中未发生感染,浅Ⅱ度创面1周内愈合,深Ⅱ度创面2～3周内愈合,瘢痕发生率为17%,浅Ⅲ度创面4周内愈合,瘢痕发生率为28%。结论:湿润包扎疗法省时省力,避免浪费,更能发挥MEBO的药理作用,促进创面愈合。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of MEBO moist bandaging method in treating burn. Methods： 740 burnt patients were treated with home-made MEBO moist bandaging from Janurary 1995 to October 2005 , and doing so kept the burn normal moist circumstance and made the skin reborn . Results： there was no infection during treatment ,healed in lightly grade 2 in one week, healed in deeply grade 2 in two to three weeks . Only 17 percent had scars, healed in lightly grade 3, 28 percent had scars.Conclusion：The method is saving time and energy and avoid wasting, make MEBO have more functions and make the heal faster.
