摘要
目的 :总结和阐述湿润疗法 (MEBT/MEBO)在大面积烧伤 ,尤其是在深度烧伤创面皮肤再生修复中所起的作用。方法 :对我院近几年来治疗的 4 6例大面积烧伤病人全程采用规范MEBT/MEBO治疗对深度创面进行早期耕耘减张处理。结果 :4 6例病人全部治愈 ,创面愈合时间最短 2 1天 ,最长 5 8天 ,平均 38天 ,无一例植皮 ,创面均达到生理性愈合 ,无畸形、无功能障碍。结论 :湿润疗法对大面积烧伤疗效显著 ,深度烧伤创面能实现生理性愈合。
Objective: To sum up and illustrate the role of MEBT/ MEBO in treating large area burn wounds, especially in the regenerative repair of the skin with deep burn. Method: 46 cases of large area burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO in the whole treating course in a standardized way, for deep burn wounds, ploughing method was applied to reduce tension. Result: All the patients were cured. The shortest wound healing time was 21 days, the longest 58 days, and the average wound healing was 38 days. None of them needed skin grafting. All the wounds healed physiologically, no deformity and no functional disturbance occurred. Conclusion: MEBT has very marked efficacy in treating large area burn and can achieve physiological healing of the wounds. MEBT has achieved the goal of in situ regenerative repair of the skin.
