摘要
目的:总结烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗大面积深度烧伤患者的临床疗效。方法:35例大面积深度烧伤患者全程规范应用湿性医疗技术治疗,同时根据病情予以综合治疗,如抗休克、抗感染、防治并发症、营养支持等。结果:35例患者全部治愈,除1例深Ⅲ度烧伤患者行点状植皮外,其余烧伤创面全部自行愈合。经随访,部分深Ⅲ度创面患者有软薄瘢痕,所有患者肢体功能正常。结论:烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗大面积深度烧伤患者,疗效显著,预后良好。
Objects： To summarize the clinical experience of treating large area and deep bums with MEBT/ MEBO. Method ： 35 cases of large area and deep burns patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO in the whole course. At the same time, comprehensive treatment was conducted including anti - shock, anti - infection and nutrition support etc. Results： 34 cases of patients healed. Only one patient was cured after seeded pinch skin grafts. After following - up visits, all patients＇ limb function were observed to be normal, only some thin and soft scar were observed in some eases of deep III degree burn wounds. Conclusion： It shows significant effect and good prognosis to treat large area and deep burns with MEBT/MEBO. And it is worthy of popularization.
