摘要
目的:总结烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗小儿不同深度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:对我院2009年8月～2010年6月间,采用烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗的小儿烧伤病历资料进行回顾性总结,局部创面采用MEBT/MEBO治疗,同时加强对原发性休克的系统治疗。结果:36例患儿的烧伤创面全部愈合,无一例并发感染;浅Ⅱ度创面均于伤后14天内愈合,深Ⅱ度创面于伤后12天～18天愈合,近期复诊未见瘢痕增生;6例损伤程度较深的创面,最长愈合时间为28天,留有少许瘢痕,但无功能障碍。结论:MEBT/MEBO可有效地治疗小儿不同深度的烧伤创面。
Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating pediatric burn of various depth. Methods ： The retrospective summary was done on the basis of the case data of the pediatric burn patients collected in a period of 08/ 2009 - 07/2010. The cases were all treated with MEBT/MEBO as topical wounds management and with strengthened systemic treatment to handle primary shock. Results： All of patients healed without infection. The wounds of superficial ]I degree healed in 14d. The wounds of deep ]I degree healed in 12 - 18d with no scar formation observed in the latest following- up. 6 of 36 cases with deep degree burn healed with longest time of 28d, but no dysfunction was observed. Conclusion： It is an effective method to treat pediatric patient of various depth burns with MEBT/MEBO.
