摘要
目的：从组织学角度验证MEBT／MEBO治疗深度烧伤创面能够达到上皮组织生理性完全性再生修复。方法：采用电子显微镜和免疫组化技术对MEBO治疗的创面上皮组织各期的组织学形态进行观察。结果：深Ⅱ°浅Ⅲ°的烧伤创面经MEBT／MEBO治疗后，上皮组织的组织形态可以恢复正常。结论：MEBT／MEBO有促进深度烧伤创面再生修复并达到正常组织形态的作用。
Using MEBT/MEBO for treating deep burn wounds to achieve epi-thethial tissue complete physiological regeneration and repair. Method: Histological observation onwound epithethial tissue at different stages were made by using electron microscope and immuno - his-tochemical techniques. Result: Deep 2nd and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds after treated withMEBT/MEBO, the morphology of the epithethial tissue recovered to normal. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has the effect of promoting the regeneration and repair of deep burn wounds to regain normalmorphology
