摘要
黄原胶在国外已得到广泛的应用 ,在我国尚处于发展阶段 ,本文简要介绍了其发展过程、应用领域及生产工艺 ,并对我国黄原胶的发展及市场开发提出了自己的意见 .
Xanthan gum has been used widely abroad, but it is being developed home. The development process, use area and production technology were introduced in this paper and our own ideas were proposed for the development and market exploitation for xanthan gum of our own country.
