摘要
在国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要提出"大力发展现代远程教育,建设以卫星、电视和互联网等为载体的远程开放继续教育及公共服务平台,搭建终身学习"立交桥"。满足个人多样化的学习和发展需要。办好开放大学"要求的背景下,广播电视大学要为学习者提供方便、灵活、个性化的学习条件。这就要求我们在师资队伍建设问题上要开拓新思路,将各级电大师资力量不足的劣势,通过整合、协调,形成一个整体,转化成分布式协同教学的优势。
Teaching staff is essential for the success of distance education.This article dwells on the objectives,strategies,and effectiveness of network-based distributive course teaching team,using Hubei Radio and Television University as an example.The aim of networked-based distributive course teaching team is to take advantage of the full-time teaching staff in the radio and television universities network as well as part-time teachers in order to form a coordinated and collaborative teaching team.It is argued that the teaching team is able to provide timely learner support,develop quality learning resources,and strengthens group cohesion.Distance education teachers are often widely distributed geographically,hence lacking effective communication and close collaboration.Furthermore,teachers at different local radio and television universities may not be equally professionally qualified.Preliminary results from the study indicate that the network-based distributive course teaching team can overcome these weaknesses to ensure resource sharing,collaboration in distance teaching,unified tutoring,as well as normalization of teaching evaluation and professional development.
