摘要
当前已有的教师培训方式都有其自身的优势与缺陷。如何取长补短,结合各种培训方式形成有效的教师培训机制是实现教师专业化发展的关键。根据混合学习、协同知识构建及群体动力理论,网络支持的教师校际协作教学策略包含三个发展阶段:网络支持的混合培训、应用型课题研究促进教师知识向教学能力迁移、协作教学与教学创新。实践研究表明:网络支持的教师校际协作教学策略能促进师生协作交流能力、教师信息化教学能力的提高以及教师课堂教学模式的转变。
The current models of teacher training have their own advantages and disadvantages. The realization of teacher professional development depends on how to make up for each other's deficiencies and how to develop an effective mechanism of teacher training by integrating diversified training forms. According to blended learning, cooperative knowledge construction and group dynamics theory, the strategy of network supported interschool cooperative teaching is made up of the following three development stages: network support blended training; transference of teacher knowledge motivated by applied research topics into teaching competence; cooperative teaching and teaching innovation. It is shown in the practice study that the strategy of network supported interschool cooperative teaching can effectively improve teacher and student cooperation communication competence and teacher informatization teaching ability as well as motivate the change of classroom teaching model.
