摘要
目前成人的网络学习主要以解决问题为目标,以研究性学习为主。通过对网络学习者的深入访谈,我们将成人的网络学习策略划分为元认知策略、资源管理策略和认知策略,主要涉及网络学习的目标设定、行为监控、资源管理、人际交往以及信息加工等内容。加强对成人网络学习策略研究有助于提高网络教学质量,对现代远程教育的发展有积极的意义。
As an important teaching and learning carrier in modern distance education, Network is now drawing greater concern. However, how to transfer the network information to individual knowledge and experience has become a primary issue to be solved. If we can take serious approach on the e-learning strategy on the part of our learners, we may help the adult learners to increase their successful rate, and meanwhile, help the e-education workers to increase the e-learning quality when they design and organize e-learning in accordance with the different learning strategies on the part of learners. This research has collected some methods and techniques to enhance effective learning skills of adult learners under the environment of e-learning through questionnaires survey to the adult learners and interviews with the course coordinators, computer specialists and library information index searching personnel involved in e-learning in the HEIs. In the light of research findings and the category criteria of Mackeachie's learning strategy, the research has divided adult's e-learning strategies into element cognitive strategy, resource management strategy and cognitive strategy, which mainly involves such contents as objective setting, behavior control, resource management, human contacts and information process, etc. The authors expect that through enhancing research on adult's e-learning strategies to help improve e-learning quality and facilitate development of modern distance education.
