摘要
在分析企业科技资源配置对企业竞争力影响的作用机理的基础上,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法和聚类分析方法从企业和行业层面对江苏省制造业科技资源配置效率进行评价。评价结果表明:江苏制造业企业总体配置水平较高,但不同行业的科技资源配置相差悬殊;通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业等重点发展行业科技资源配置相对较为合理。
On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of the impact of the allocation of science technology resource on the competitive ability, the author applies DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） and clustering analysis to analyzing the efficiency of science technology resource allocation of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province. The results are as follows ： the efficiency of science technology resource allocation of enterprises in Jiangsu Province is high as a whole; while different industries are equipped with very different allocations, some emphasized industries such as industries of communication equipment and computer and other electronic equipment are reasonably collocated.
