摘要
科技对社会、经济的发展越来越重要。对科技投入产出的效率进行研究、分析具有重要的意义。本文运用改进的DEA方法 ,对我国 1999～ 2 0 0 0年各地区的科技投入产出的相对有效性进行了分析。基于DEA模型下的计算结果 ,提出了一些建议。目的在于充分利用有限的资源 ,力求产出的最大化 ,以提高科技投入产出的效率 ,发挥科技在社会。
In developing of society and economy ,the role of science and technology is more and more important. It is significant to study the efficiency of the input-output of science and technology. In this paper, Using the improved DEA method, we studied the relative efficiency of the input-output of science and technology between the year 1999 and the 2000 . It is aimed for making full use of the limited resources and making most products, which will play an important role in raising product efficiency of input-output of science and technology.
