摘要
目前对科技资源配置效率评价大多数局限于定性研究上,这里通过建立评价科技资源配置效率模型,对配置效率评价进行了定量研究,运用多元统计分析中的主成分分析方法,对我国30个省、市、自治区的科技资源配置效果进行分析。评价模型可直观地得到各地区科技资源配置相对效率值。提出的评价方法有参考价值,在科技资源配置的研究方面有新见解,但所选指标不够,还需更多信息。
The allocation of science & technology resources is a major problem affecting science & technology's development. Now, most of the study on regional allocation efficiency of science & technology resources is qualitative analysis.Based on the evaluation of the model of the allocation efficiency of science & technology resources,allocation efficieney is analyzed quantita tively. By means of Statistics Package for social science, data reduction & classification,the allocation efficiency of science & technology resources of China's 30 provinces are analyzed. The evaluation model can get the data diredly. The evaluation mode has reference value. At the same time,The chosen samples are insufficieat and need to be perfected.
