摘要
加速科技成果转化,增强科技服务于经济的功能,促进经济增长方式的转变,已成为当前科技工作的一项战略任务。本文应用DEA方法对高校科技成果转化效果进行分析评价,并给出了DEA方法中指标体系确定的一般原则和步骤。
The acceleration of science and technology achievement transformation, the enhancement science and technology＇ s service function to the economical and the promotion economy growth way, has become a strategic mission. This article applies the DEA method to the universities science and technology achievement transformation effect, and produced method the target system determination in general principle in the DEA.
