摘要
制备了基于多壁碳纳米管-硫堇/Nafion纳米复合物的人IgG免疫传感器。阻抗谱、循环伏安研究表明,该免疫传感器对人IgG的检测具有优异的性能,其对人免疫球蛋白G(IgG)浓度的定量测定线性范围为1.0~200μg/L,检出限为0.25μg/L,线性相关系数R=0.9950。该免疫传感器可用于对人血清中IgG的检测。
An immunosensor for human IgG based on multi-wall carbon nanotube-thionine/Nafion nanocomposite film modified electrodes was prepared. On the basis of the results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV), it was found that the as-propared electrochemical immunosensor presented excellent performances to the detection of human IgG. The linear range of the immunosensor was 1.0 - 200 μg/ L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9950, and the detection limit was 0. 25 μg/L. The results suggest that the aspropared electrochemical immunosensor will be promising in the applications of point-of-care diagnostics and clinical screening of cancer biomarkers.
