摘要
目的:探讨在临床教学中运用参与式教学法对师生关系的影响。方法:将120名在呼吸科实习的护理专业学生按年级分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,使用自行设计的师生关系调查表对2组护生在出科时进行调查。结果:2组护生在出科时师生关系评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床教学中运用参与式教学法有助于师生关系更融洽,提高教学效果。
Objective: To explore the impact of participative teaching method on the instructor-students' relationship in clinical teaching.Methods: One hundred and twenty nursing students who practiced in pneumology department were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group according to their grade difference. The instructor used participating teaching method in experimental group while traditional teaching method in control group. A self-designed relationship reflective questionnaire was used when they finished their internship. Results: The scores of instructor-students' relationship in experimental group was significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Participative teaching method helps to improve the instructor-students' relationship and teaching effect.
