摘要
目的:探讨在临床教学中运用参与式教学法对师生关系的影响。方法:将120名在呼吸科实习的护理专业学生按年级分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,使用自行设计的师生关系调查表对2组护生在出科时进行调查。结果:2组护生在出科时师生关系评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床教学中运用参与式教学法有助于师生关系更融洽,提高教学效果。
Objective： To explore the impact of participative teaching method on the instructor-students＇ relationship in clinical teaching.Methods： One hundred and twenty nursing students who practiced in pneumology department were divided into two groups： experimental group and control group according to their grade difference. The instructor used participating teaching method in experimental group while traditional teaching method in control group. A self-designed relationship reflective questionnaire was used when they finished their internship. Results： The scores of instructor-students＇ relationship in experimental group was significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Participative teaching method helps to improve the instructor-students＇ relationship and teaching effect.
