摘要
通过大量查阅文献,专家咨询,分析我国护理研究生培养实践过程的管理,探讨我国护理研究生在实践管理上的思路与方法。结果:目前我国护理研究生在实践培养环节上存在的主要问题有师资匮乏、师资能力水平低、培养目标单一以及护理研究生对实践过程的重视程度低等。提出解决问题的对策为加强师资培养、培养目标多元化、重视研究生的实践培养等。
After reviewing the literature and consulting from nursing experts, the management of clinical practice of nursing graduate students in China was analyzed, and the management train of thoughts and methods were explored. Some problems were found during the cuIfivation of clinical nursing graduate students, such as the shortage of clinical teachers, the unsafsfied teaching ability of the clinical teachers, the single cultivation goal and the ignoring of students to the clinical practice. Some countermeasures were brought forward, including strengthening the cultivation and training of clinical teachers, diversifying of cultivation goals, attaching importance of clinical practice, etc.
