摘要
目的调查在校护生积极心理品质的现状,为采取有效心理干预措施提高护生积极心理品质水平提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、中国大学生积极心理品质量表对745名护生进行基本信息、积极心理品质的现状调查。结果护生积极心理品质6个维度得分从高到低为:人际、超越、情感、公正、节制、认知;20项积极心理品质得分最高3项为心灵触动、团队精神、真诚;最低的3项为热爱学习、领导能力、自制。护生在认知、情感、公正3个维度和创造力、好奇心、热爱学习等13项积极心理品质与大学生常模的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。学习成绩、体育参与度、母亲文化水平、母亲的关心、父母的期待、老师的关注、与同学的关系、对积极心理品质的了解和认可度成为影响护生积极心理品质的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论护生积极心理品质总体水平低于大学生常模,且受多种因素影响,因此各高等护理院校应制订有效措施,提高护生积极心理品质水平,促进护生身心健康发展。
Objective To investigate the status of nursing students' positive psychological qualities. Methods Totally 745 nursing students were investigated using the Positive Psychological QuaLities Questionnaire. Results The highest of the six dimensions of positive psyehological quality was interpersonal,followed by transcendence,emotion,justice,temperance and cognition. The top three highest qualities out of 20 items were soul touches,team spirit and sincerity;and the top three lowest qualities were the will of learning,leadership and self-control. There were significant differences between nursing students and general college students in the dimensions of cognition,emotion and justice(P〈0.05),as well as in 13 items such as creativity, curiosity,the will to learning,and so on(P〈0.05). The main influencing factors of positive psychological qualities were academic peribnnance,sports participation,mothers' educational level and care,parental expectation,teachers' altentiou,relationship with classmates,understanding and acceptance towards positive psychological qualities(P〈0.05). Conclusion In general,the positive psychological qualities of nursing students are lower than common college students,and are influenced by various factors. It is suggested to take effective measures to improve the level of positive psyehological qualities of nursing students,which will contribute to the physical and mental health of nursing students.
