摘要
目的探讨基于临床路径的教学方法在内科护理学中的应用及效果。方法将225名护理本科生分为试验组(115名)和对照组(110名)。试验组内科护理学的部分内容采用基于临床路径的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。采用问卷调查学生对CNP相关知识的掌握及对教学方法的评价。结果试验组学生临床路径相关知识得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组84.35%的学生认为基于临床路径的教学方法增加了学习兴趣,82.61%认为能加深对知识的理解记忆,85.22%对教学改革表示满意。结论基于临床路径的教学方法能增加学生对临床路径的认识,提高教学效果,有利于培养学生的职业能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of teaching reform in Medical Nursing based on clinical nursing pathway (CNP). Methods Totally 225 nursing undergraduate students were divided into two groups. CNP-based teaching and traditional teaching method was applied in the experimental group and the control group,respectively. The students' CNP- related knowledge and evaluation on the teaching method were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The students' CNP-related knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈O.01). Most of the students in the experimental group thought that CNP-based teaching improved their learning interest(84.35%) and facilitated their understanding and memory of the knowledge(82.61%);85.22% of the students showed high satisfaction with the reformed teaching method. Conclusion CNP-based teaching can promote the students' understanding of CNP,improve the teaching outcomes and is beneficial for the training of students' professional competency.
