从临床教学的概念、临床护理教师能力评价方式、临床护理教师能力评价指标、临床护理教师评价量表4个方面阐述了临床护理教师能力评价指标的研究进展。
It summarized the research progress on indexes of capability evaluation of clinical nursing teacher from four aspects including the concept of clinical teaching, evaluation mode of capability of clinical nursing teacher, evaluation indexes of capability of clinical nursing teacher and evaluation scale of clinical nursing teachers .
