摘要
[目的]建立当归藤中儿茶素含量的测定方法。[方法]利用紫外分光光度法,在检测波长280 nm处测定样品吸光度,计算儿茶素含量。[结果]儿茶素对照品在0.007 81~0.046 86 mg/ml浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为98.72%,RSD值为0.09%(n=5)。当归藤样品中儿茶素平均含量为2.88%。[结论]该方法简单、快捷、准确,可用于当归藤中儿茶素的质量控制。
[ Objective ] To establish a method for the content determination of cateehin in Embelia parviflora Wall.. [ Methods ] UV Spectropho- tometry was adopted to determine content of catechin with the detection wavelength of 280 nm. [ Results ] The absorbance and concentration of cat- echin showed a good linear relationship when the concentration ranged from 0.007 81 to 0.046 86 mg/nd (r = 0. 999 2) with average recovery of 98.72% and RSD value of 0.09% ( n = 5 ). Mean content of catechin in Embelia parviflora Wall. was 2.88%. [ Conclusion ] This method which was simple,rapid and accurate, could be used to the aualitv control of catechin in Embelia Darviflora Wall..
