摘要
收集近20年来中国知网期刊全文数据库中所有有关当归藤的文献资料,进行归纳概括。从生药学特征、化学成分、质量评价、药理活性、临床应用等方面对当归藤的国内研究进展进行综述。进一步基于质量标志物的核心概念,从植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、传统功效的相关性、传统药性的相关性、药效学的相关性、化学成分的可测性等几个方面对当归藤质量标志物进行预测分析,以期为当归藤的后续质量评价研究与临床应用提供参考。
This paper collects and summarizes all the literatures about Embelia parviflora in the full-text database of Chinese HowNet journals in the past 20 years.This paper reviews the domestic research situation and progress of Embelia parviflora in pharmacognosy,chemical composition,quality evaluation,pharmacological activity and clinical application.Based on the core concepts of quality markers,the quality markers of Embelia parviflora were predicted and analyzed from the aspects of plant relativity and chemical component specificity,correlation of traditional efficacy,correlation of traditional medicinal properties,correlation of pharmacodynamics and measurability of chemical components,in order to evaluate the follow-up quality of Embelia parviflora.Research and clinical application provide reference.
