摘要
目的建立虎杖提取物中白藜芦醇含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法，测定波长为305nm。结果检测浓度在3～16μg/ml范围内与吸光度线性关系良好（r=0．9990）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确，可作为提取过程中的实时监测。
Objective To establish the determination method for resveratrol in extract of Polygonum cuspidatum . Methods UV spectrophotometry was adopted with a detection wavelength of 305 nm. Results There was good linear relation ship with in the range of 3 -16 μg （r =0. 999 0）. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate.
