摘要
建立了HPLC法测定贯叶连翘提取物中金丝桃苷的含量。采用C18柱,以甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长363nm。金丝桃苷在0.25～2.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为0.66%。
A HPLC method was established for determination of hyperin in Hypericum Perforatum L. extract. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid solution （50 ： 50）, at the detection wavelength of 363nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.25 - 2.5ìg/ml. The average recovery was 101.4 %, with RSD of 0.66 %.
