脂肪酶产酶菌的筛选及酶活性的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:从土壤中分离出脂肪酶产酶菌并测定最佳产酶条件及所产脂肪酶的活性。方法:经富集、初筛及复筛将脂肪酶产酶菌筛选出来,然后用滴定法测定酶活性。结果:成功从土壤中分离出了一株脂肪酶产酶菌,并通过滴定法测出了所产酶在不同温度和pH条件下的活性。结论:该菌所产的脂肪酶在30°C、pH 6.8左右的环境中,酶的活性最强。 Objective: Isolating lipase producing bacteria from the soil and determination of the optimum temperature and pH for enzyme activity.Methods: After enriching culture,primary screening and secondary screening,The lipase producing bacterium was isolated and its enzyme activity was assaied.Results: Successful isolated a lipase producing strain and measured its enzyme activity at different temperatures and several pH.Conclusion: 30°C,pH6.5 is the optimum conditions for the production of lipase.
