摘要
目的: 探索糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有关因素。方法: 对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠发病后第4 、6、12 和16 周视网膜组织中内皮素1 ( endothelin1 ,ET1)、环磷酸腺苷(cyclicadenine monophosphate,cAMP) 和环磷酸鸟苷(cyclicguanine monophosphate,cGMP) 的含量进行了检测。结果: 各阶段糖尿病组大鼠视网膜组织中ET1 水平明显高于对照组,cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP比值则明显低于对照组, 随病程延长更为明显,cGMP含量无明显改变。结论:糖尿病视网膜病变的发生和发展可能与高血糖状态下视网膜组织中ET1 水平升高所致的视网膜局部微循环功能障碍和代谢紊乱有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the interrelated factors with occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy. METHODS: The contents of endothelin 1 (ET 1), cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in retinal tissue was determined in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats after 4, 6, 12, and 16 weeks.RESULTS: During the various phase of experimental period the level of ET 1 in retinal tissue of diabetic rats were markedly higher than that of control group, contents of cAMP and cAMP/cGMP were significantly lower than control group. These changes became more pronounced with prolongation of diabetic course. But the content of cGMP had not been changed markedly compared with the control. CONCLUSION: The occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy could was connected with dysfunction of microcirculation and metabolic disturbance due to a high content of ET 1 in retinal tissue as a result of higher blood sugar.
