摘要
本文对５１例患有原发性高血压的老年患者及１４例正常血压的老年人进行了血β＿２ＭＧ、ＴＨＰ、ＥＴ及ＭＭＳ浓度的测定，并对每项指标随血Ｃｒ水平变化的相关性分别进行了分析比较，发现β＿２ＭＧ、ＭＧ、ＴＨＰ、ＥＴ水平均对老年高血压肾损害的早期诊断、病情进展及预后评价有重要价值，而ＭＭＳ在高血压肾损害严重时，明显升高，与临床症状相吻合，可判断预后。
The concentratlon of serum creatinin(Cr),beta2 mioroglobulin (beta2 MG); tamm-horsfall protein(THP) and plasma endothelin(ET), middle molecule substances(MMS) were measured in 51 patients with essential hypertension(EH)and 14 nomotensive old men. The result showed that the levels of beta2 MG, MMS,ET and Cr were lower, whereas the THP concentration was higher in the nomotensive elderly.The increase of beta2 MG,ET and the decrease of THP were found before abnomal Cr, while the MMS was increased in severe hypertensive renal lesion.The finding suggests that concertration of blood beta2 MG,THP, ET is a valuable index for early detection of degree of the renal lesion, exacerbation, prognosis assessment in the elderly EH patients.
