摘要
本文观察了实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺组织中环状核苷酸的含量以及电针刺激对它们的影响。结果表明,哮喘豚鼠组织中cAMp含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),但cGMP含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001),cAMP/cGMP比值较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。电针刺激可使哮喘豚鼠肺组织中cAMP含量保持在正常水平,但cGMP含量不受电针刺激的影响。电针刺对正常豚鼠肺组织中环状核苷酸的含量未见有影响。
The contents of cAMP and cGMP in the pulmonary tissue of guinea pigs with experimentally allergic asthma are determined, the influence of the galvano-acupuncture on them is observed. The results indicate that the content of cAMP in the pulmonary tissues of the guinea pigs with the allergic asthma is significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), the CGMP content is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). The value of cAMP/cGMP is reduced more apparently than that of the control. Galvano-acupuncture stimulation can keep the content of cAMP in the pulmonary tissue of the guinea pigs with the allergic asthma at normal level whereas the content of cGMP is not influenced by the stimulation of the galvano-acupuncture. The effect of the galvano-acupuncture stimulation on the contents of cAMP and cGMP in the pulmonary tissue of normal guinea pigs is not found.
