摘要
以链脲佐菌素（ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｚｏｔｏｃｉｎ，ＳＴＺ）为诱导剂（４５ｍｇ／ｋｇ），成功地复制了胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）大鼠模型，分别在其糖尿病持续３个月和６个月时，对其视网膜血管铺片以光镜进行了形态学观察。与以往认为大鼠糖尿病持续６个月才能出现视网膜病变的结论不同，本实验在３个月病程的糖尿病大鼠中发现其具有毛细血管曲张、管径不规则、微血管瘤和无细胞毛细血管等视网膜病变特征，病程至６个月时，各种病变进一步加重。
This research successfully duplicated a model of insulin dependent diabetes mellitus in rats with streptozotocin and carried out morphologic observations of the section preparations of retinal blood vessels by means of light microscope when the disease lasted for 3 months and 6 months.It was found that the characteristic retinal changes including capillary varix,irregularity of capillary caliber,capillary angioma and acellular capillary appeared in rat with diabetes of only 3 months,which in contrast to the previous conclusion that the pathologic changes in retina did not appear in rat with diabetes until the disease had existed for 6 months,and that the pathologic changes got worse when the disease continued for 6 months.
