摘要
研究了在盐酸介质中微量亚硝酸根与天青Ⅰ发生重氮化反应,建立了测量微量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法的线性为0 ̄20μg/25ml,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.21×10^4,方法已用于水中微量亚硝酸根的测定。
It is reported in this paper, that in a HC1 medium, a diazotization takes place between nitrite ion and azureⅠ , leading to an evident decrease of the absorptiviy of azure Ⅰat its absorption maxima 620nm. A linear relationship between the decrease of absorptivity and the concentration of nitrite ion is found between the range 0-20μg of NO2 ion per 25ml. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 2×104L·mol-1·cm-1. A method for the determination of nitrite ion is proposed based on this phenomenon and it has been applied to the determination of nitrite ion in water samples.
