摘要
基于硫酸介质中天青 I与亚硝酸根的褪色反应 ,建立了测定微量亚硝酸根的新方法 .方法的线性范围为 0～ 0 .80 μg/m L,检出限为 0 .0 3μg/m L,用于唾液和硝酸钾中亚硝酸根的测定 .
A new spectrophotometric method for determination of trace nitrite was developed. The method is based on the discoloring reaction of azure I with nitrite in sulfuric acid medium. The linear range of the determination is 0 ～0.80 μg/mL with detection limit of 0.03 μg/mL. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in potassium nitrate and saliva samples.
