摘要
研究了罗丹明6G 与亚硝酸根在盐酸介质中的亚硝化反应,并由此建立了一个简单、快速、选择性好的测定亚硝酸根的新方法。方法对比尔定律的适用范围是0～3.0μgNO(?)/ml。本法用于污水中亚硝酸根的测定,结果良好。
A fairly selective and simple spectrophoto-metric method for the determination of tracenitrite in aqueous solution is developed.Niuritereacts with rhodamine 6 G in acidic medium toform a colored product which is measured at 445nm.Beer's law is obeyed over the concentrationrange of 0～3.0μg/ml.The conditional molarabsorptivity is 1.2×10~4l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).
