摘要
对一种EGR阀阀盖的成形工艺进行了详细分析,因该阀盖成形复杂、尺寸精度要求高,为此安排冲压工序需从整体入手,渐次实现成形要求。基于冲压成形理论,详细介绍了此零件冲压成形的合理工艺步骤及小孔(0.6 mm)冲压模的结构特点。经生产验证,该阀盖能够顺利成形,生产效率高,尺寸精度完全可以保证。
The forming process of an EGR valve bonnet is analyzed in detail.Due to the complexity and high precision requirement of the bonnet molding,the arrangement of the stamping process must start from the whole process of stamping forming and reach the requirement gradually.Based on the theory of stamping forming,it is introduced in detail that stamping parts molding steps and the holes(φ0.6 mm) punch die structure characteristics.Through verification,the valve bonnet can be successfully formed;the production efficiency is high and the dimension precision is guaranteed.
