摘要
介绍以模具零部件间的尺寸链为核心,用变参数的方法开发汽车覆盖件双动拉深模参数化设计系统,并完成了其中的概念设计部分,不仅降低了常规模具CAD系统的开发难度,而且极大地提高了模具设计效率。
A pammeterized design system for double action drawing die for an automotive body metal sheet part was developed by means of parametric variation method and based on dimension chain between die components. The conceptual design of the system was finished which not only lowered the difficulty in developing the CAD system of conventional dies, but also enhanced the efficiency in die design.
