高强热轧开平板表面横向亮印和划伤的成因及预防 被引量:1

Cause analysis and prevention of surface transverse bright imprinting and scratches on high strength hot-rolled steel plate

摘要 对首钢京唐ANDRITZ横切机组开平板表面横向亮印及划伤问题进行了分析,发现导致问题产生的原因是精矫机矫直辊系存在"负转矩"现象,提出了通过渐次、微量调整压下量的方式(0.1-0.3mm/次)来消除或抑制负转矩,实现了其相关衍生问题的预防,使负转矩现象发生率下降了81.8%。 The problems of surface transverse bright imprinting and scratches which appeared on the high strength hot-rolled steel plate produced on ANDRITZ scroll sheeting line in Shougang Jingtang United Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.were analyzed.It was found that the negative torque phenomenon of the leveling roller was the cause of the problem.A measure was put forward to eliminate or restrain the negative torque by adjusting the reduction gradually and slightly(0.1-0.3mm per time).The prevention of the relevant problems was realized and the incidence rate of the negative torque phenomenon decreased by 81.8%.
